Low ACT, any chance for my favorite schools?

Hi, I'm in the middle of the application process and I'd love to hear what kind of chances I have for Tufts, William and Mary, University of Richmond, and Claremont McKenna. I'm really excited about these schools, as well as American University, George Washington University, Villanova, and Santa Clara. I'm also applying to Georgetown SFS, but at this point it's more to know that I gave it a try. I've worked on my ACT score for years, but I have always greatly struggled with math and science.
