I got a 29 on my ACT. This is the weakest part of my application. I am number one in my class, am well rounded, varsity athlete, etc. My reach schools are Cornell, Yale, Dartmouth and Duke. I have interviewed with alumnus from each of these schools and I feel like they went really well.

My question is: what are the lowest ACT scores that have gotten into these schools? Has anyone else with a 29 gotten into any of these schools? Thanks

Of course there are people with 29s who got into those schools. That being said, unless you're a recruited athlete or a 1st generation college URM you're probably not getting in to any of those.

^Yale is 30-34
Godfather that is just degrading. Don't tell him he probably won't get in. Test scores are not everything... If he has other things to offer, he could still have a great chance. And yes, there have been some, not too much, that have been accepted with that score or lower.

Why ruskie? The truth is that without something else in his favor, the likelihood is small that he'll get into Yale. Actually, even with something else in his favor, the likelihood of getting into Yale is small for everyone.
