Low GPA Acceptance?

Hey guys-
I am very interested in U of Oregon, but my GPA is lacking due to special circumstances (crippling panic disorder sophomore-junior year). I've overcome it, but my GPA is a measly 3.06/4.8 thanks to those two years. SAT is 1250/1600, 1870/2400. No ACT yet. Good extracurriculars with radiology internship, job, theatre, and more. I attend a very competitive science/math magnet school, and all of my classes, save one or two, are Honors or AP.
So, do I have a shot?

In-state, out of state?

out of state

Retake the SAT, get scores a little higher, and I think you
ve got a pretty good shot. GPA isn
t TERRIBLE. It
s still good. I
d say it could be a match if you get scores up. What are you planning on majoring in?

Bio, biochem, neuroscience, something along those lines. Either going pre-med or grad school after
I’ll be taking the SAT again tomorrow so perfect! Thanks.

Yep, I think you
ll have a pretty good chance. Just explain about the whole panic disorder thing, and it
ll be fine.
