Low GPA but High SAT/ACT WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?!?!

<p>I think having this type of SAT may help you alot. I think there is a different ideaology in each of the universities, some may relly on how good you are at school or on campus, while others would only believe on having good students for the future, intelligent people. It deonds on which university you choose to attend.</p>

<p>I’m not really chancing you but just making you aware that for MIT, you need one SAT Subject Test in Math and another one in Science. </p>

<p>“For native English speakers: We require the SAT Reasoning Test with the writing component or the ACT with the writing test. We do not prefer one over the other. In addition, we require two SAT Subject Tests: one in math (level 1 or 2), and one in science (physics, chemistry, or biology e/m). We do not have a preference as to which science you take or which level math you take.”</p>

<p>So if that is one of your top choices, you need to hurry and sign up for a science soon.</p>

<p>your stats are so similar to my brother it’s scary…</p>

<p>he had a 3.58
ACT 35
He had a more unified and targeted Ec’s though and 2 international and national awards.
He got accepted to brown, duke, all the Uc’s except for Uberk
rejected at princeton, yale, Uchicago, vandy and Boston College.</p>
