Low GPA could I get an internship/Co-Op?

<p>Currently a 2.8 due to an average semester with a bad grade in Multivariable. I was wondering what it took to get an internship at Boeing and Lockheed Martin? And possibly work at those places?</p>

<p>I heard 3.3+ but if thats true I have little hope cause my next semester is a pretty rough schedule and I'm sure to be lower than that mostly likely.</p>

<p>Unless you know someone or get extremely lucky, neither Lockheed or Boeing will give internships to applicants with sub-3.0 GPAs. As you said, a 3.3+ is typical for many of their interns, if not higher.</p>
