I don’t know about chances with GRE scores.

Are you seeking a PhD in EE?

Can you full pay? (I’m not sure if you’d get money with your GRE score). You should look at UA Huntsville. [UAHuntsville | The University of Alabama in Huntsville](http://www.uah.edu/) …strong in engineering, lowish cost, and would likely accept you based on your other stats. [Dept. of Electrical & Computer Engineering](http://www.ece.uah.edu/)

Thank you mom2collegekids for your valuable reply,

My current research interests are Robotics, Intelligent control of robot manipulator, obstacle avoidance of mobile robot etc. Recently i have found that more than EE department , mechanical engg dept have research labs on robotics in the US univs.
It is more likely for me to apply in ME dept. rather than EE ,

I can’t afford the full tuition fees. I need min 70%-80% scholarship.

Whether i’d be able to secure that at any us-univ, plzz reply ,its urgent

If the reason your verbal score is low is that English is not your native language, take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) at your first opportunity; grad admissions committees will consider that in lieu of the verbal GRE for non-native speakers. For an engineering program, your verbal score is not going to matter much, anyhow, provided your English is good enough to permit you to communicate and to understand the material. Grad programs use the GRE very selectively, depending on whether they want students who are mathematically- or verbally-inclined.

Your real question, I think, is whether your math GRE is high enough to get you into the programs you’ve applied to. I don’t know how you would go about finding that out, as the information is not usually listed on the schools’ websites. But at any rate your grades, letters of recommendation, and research experience may well matter a lot more than your scores. So, for instance, the fact that you have publications may well be impressive (I don’t know enough about your field to say). Grad admission is generally done by the faculty in the department you’ve applied to, not by a separate admissions committee, and the factors they consider may vary a lot not only from school to school but from department to department within the same university.
