I’m applying to Northwestern through the QuestBridge National College Match. This means I will likely be competing against the pool of fellow QuestBridge applicants, only. If my SAT score is below their 25th percentile, will they not even read my whole application? I’m asking because I’ve heard that very selective universities have an SAT score cutoff, and if some applicants don’t meet it, their application goes directly into the rejection bin. Is this true? My test scores are low, but the rest of my application is stellar.
