I’m a girl interested in engineering/CS at universities like Cornell, Northeastern, UMichigan, Notre Dame, and Lehigh. My SAT 1 score is a 1530 (790 M, 740 CR). My subject tests, on the other hand, are a 710 in Bio M, and a 740 in Math 2. Bio I took freshman year which was a mistake, and math 2 I took senior year which was also a mistake since I’m in Calc BC and not used to this type of math. Should I retake?? I’m applying early to some of these schools, but should I postpone to RD now?? 
To me, your subject test scores aren’t low enough to raise eyebrows. You should be fine assuming the rest of your application checks out.
No need to retake, focus on getting good grades this semester and preparing good applications. Good Luck
Good advice from the other posters. My D admitted to Michigan and Cornell with 680 subject test. In reality, anything over 700 is fine.
