@fclspat
Yes, kinesiology for bachelors and then 2 years masters in AT. Nationally the criteria changed a few years back for AT, masters is now required.
We do like all the facilities for sports in walking distance for LSU. I would hate to think our D is ubering anywhere for clinicals, etc.
We are going to USC this month and LSU next. Will def reach out if there are questions. ?
@Lacole03
If the kids goto LSU they will likely be in the same dorm as kinesiology and sport commerce are in the same school and freshmen Generally live in Cypress Hall (which may be the best dorm I’ve ever seen).
Let me know how the trips go. If you want some off campus dining suggestions, let me know! Lol.
My daughter applied end of October, accepted Dec. 18th and she is still waiting on merit/financial aid packet. Anyone else? She really likes LSU, but can’t swing those out of state prices.
We’re still waiting to hear back from Financial Aid, too. Our DD received her acceptance in December. I had hoped we would have heard by end of February (this is when we were originally told). We keep checking the mail every day to see if the letter has arrived. Sure hope it’s more than student loans. OOS Texas
@Raider97 My son applied 12/12 and was accepted 12/18…we are from NJ…I’m hoping he gets a little something but I figure if I haven’t heard anything yet, it isn’t too promising…we did not fill out forms for financial aide because we are above the threshold…
@jakepaluba12 Me too. It’s been nearly 12 weeks. When I called a couple days ago, I was told that my application is in the decision stage. When I called last month they said the same thing. I’m starting to believe that’s not a good thing. But I don’t think it would really be fair to make someone wait so long if it’s going to be a rejection. All of the other colleges I applied to gave me a decision weeks ago but I’m waiting for LSU before I commit anywhere. And I agree @Schubby1 a lot of people I know already know where they are going. It’s a bit discouraging.
