LSU Honors College vs Loyola New Orleans vs Tulane

So I am currently a senior at a Baton Rouge high school with a 3.7 weighted GPA and a 30 on the ACT. My three choices are Tulane, Loyola, and LSU Honors College but I really don’t know which to choose. As of right now I think I want to be a business or marketing major (maybe PR) after deciding that a music industry studies degree (from Loyola) wouldn’t be a terribly marketable degree. LSU would be a lot cheaper than Tulane and Loyola but what about the quality of education? One thing about LSU and Loyola is that I would be able to have a car which would allow me to go to BR when I wanted whereas Tulane does not allow freshmen to have cars on campus. Although if I went to Tulane or Loyola I could take the music business courses I wanted to take originally as both schools allow students to take classes at the other if the course is not offered at the university attended. I really like the liberal arts vibe of Loyola, the good reputation of Tulane, and the closeness to home of LSU (plus it’s honors so I would assume the education would be better than the rest of the college). Another thing to note is that my parents have told me that money is no problem but if the benefits aren’t worth the money then I don’t want my parents paying extra. So, what do y’all think?
