I love his first two albums. However, I’m worried that Lasers will be influenced by Atlantic and not be of the same quality as his first 2 albums

Eh… that’s a good concern.

I think the split between him and Atlantic in terms of content is like 70-30 him.

Lupe is the reason I listen to any rap at all.

Not as good as Kanye. Better person, marginally worse rapper.

= My Favorite Rapper.

I win.

Ehhhh he has some really good songs, but I think Drake is all around best rapper,

His lyrics, his style, even in interviews his diction and the way he carries himself. Sings and raps.

Lupe’s rapping >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kanye’s rapping, but I prefer Kanye’s songs more overall.

Lupe’s singles have disappointed me so far, but I’m still expecting a lot from his album. I typically don’t like his singles much anyway (aside from a few off of Food and Liquor).

^ lol Drake the best rapper? Get out of here. And I say this as someone who loved him before he signed to Young Money.

I love Lupe’s new Singles…

I mean I think I overestimated the amount of control he had on this album, because Atlantic’s giving him a raw deal.

I don’t think we’ll get F&L and The Cool stuff anymore.

Comeback Season Drake = Really Good.

Once So Far Gone hit… It was written, that he was garbage.

Agreed, Drake has nothing. Good rap? Cudi, Immortal Technique, Kanye, Tyler The Creator, A-1, and any southern rap you can get your hands on.

Cudi to me is a hit and miss.

I love MOTM 1.

MOTM 2 disappointed me. Severely.

Old Kanye was the ish. MBDTF was the most overrated album of 2010. Hands down.

Thank god no one mentioned Lil Wayne as being better.

^yea drake’s really good and all but he’s def not the best out there right now. I like jay-z a ton and, as much as most of you are gonna hate me for this, lil wayne is actually my favorite. his voice sounds kinda weird but i actually like it a little. it definitely distinguishes him from other rappers and when his lyrics actually have meaning rather that that “oh yea I love girls and drugs and money” crap, I think he’s just unbelievable. I like the carter I because his voice is normal and some of the songs are really good

I like Lil Wayne sometimes, but he just has too much garbage for me to waste my time sifting through to find the gold. And yeah, MBDTF was overrated, but I dont think it was a dissapointment, just Kanye bein Kanye (a cocky bstrd).

I never liked the Carter 1.

Oh God I did not like that album.

Mr. Carter may be the only song I can partially accept.

J.Cole > Drake. For clarification.

Are you sure about that, sir?

I think MBDTF deserved all the hype, but I still prefer TCD.

Ok you guys are apparently “deaf dumb” =P

Drake is really good, Lil Wayne is good also but as a person overall he supports the bad stereo type of African Americans

But come on Drake is the best, I used to like Jay-Z then all this Illuminati and what not stuff is @.@ , so i just stay away from him

… No.

Drake = a faker who tries to be like Wayne.

That’s why he signed to Young Money.

The illuminati stuff is all bs anyway.

hahaha i love how you posted "Thank god no one mentioned Lil Wayne as being better. " the second I start talking about how i like lil wayne

I dont see how he tries to be like lil Wayne

whether its BS or not the stuff in his videos specifically On to the next one are questionable so… i just avoid it
