M-STEM Academy question?

<p>if we are invited to apply for the M-STEM academy, are we automatically in if we fill out the online form? Or are we still competing for spots?</p>

<p>Also, on the online form, I could not fill out the part that said "State" because I am an admit from out of state (In the islands of the Pacific to be specific). What do I do then? Please help!!! Any help is greatly appreciated! :)</p>
