Questions about deadlines.

<p>I'm so confused right now. How come Michigan doesn't offer regular decision on the common application. There is only rolling.</p>

<p>Also, the residency clarification form is confusing me. If I live out of state I have to fill it out right? So for the fall term, it was due on September.
Does that mean I can't apply anymore?</p>
