Mac or pc

Mac vs pc
Hey I'm a high school senior looking at schools and I have narrowed it down to udel and jmu and I was wondering which laptop I should buy if I am a buisiness major most likely accounting finance possibly but I am intending on being admitted into the business school. Can any business major or just any student or graduate of jmu help me out on picking from a MacBook pro or suggest a good pc laptop thanks.

Ps can you tell me what you enjoy/enjoyed about jmu to help me with my decision and give me any insight on the business school at jmu

If you have any thought of doing business you need to have a pc. This is no contest.

The business school at jmu is what…number two nationally? It’s top notch.

I came to jmu for the people…and its not just a party school the academics are phenominal as well.

Comment on the computer. Whichever one you choose, I would suggest you purchase it from the school you will attend. The advantage is the service plan and ability to secure a replacement or loaner in the event you need the send the computer away for service. Schools also have bundles that you can buy at a discounted rate compared to retail.
My son was told to go with whatever computer he was comfortable with. If you get a Mac, you may have to get some additional software to make it compatible with microsoft software bundles.

Wow is it really #2 nationally? Is that for public schools or all schools… And do u have any recomendations for pc labtops for business I’m looking to stay under the $1500 range

Thanks

Pcs come in a variety of options. As long as it runs windows and office you’re set.

I was misinformed…its 2nd in va 28th nationally. Still excellent.
