I heard that to qualify as ‘in state’ for the full tuition scholarship, one needs to have graduated from a high school in New York. This is different from being a New York state resident. My daughter goes to a private school in New York, but resides in another state. Does anyone know this to be true? I can’t find confirmation on the web.

And my D resides in NY, but will graduate from an oos school. I’d like clarification as well!
