macs help!

I have some questions to ask.

how far is mac from the nearest airport (I’m an intel, you see, so I have to go back to my country in the summer).

how do you like the campus (suites, dining, classes, atmosphere…)?

are the sciences programs good?

do they have a foreign language requirement?

THANKS

The airport is large and less than 15 minutes away by car or cab. You can also take the bus and light rail, which takes around half an hour if you time it right.

The campus is pretty. It's small, which means you don't have to be outside for very long, but there's also a lot of green areas and trees. The neighborhood around campus is beautiful. Two of the freshman dorms are really ugly, but the rooms are big, and housing gets nicer as you move up. The food is really good; people get sick of eating in the same place everyday, but it's better than at any other college that I've visited. The atmosphere is intellectual but laid back; people don't really compete against each other, but they are working hard. Classes are small and the profs are nice.

The sciences are good. I can tell you more about specific departments if you'd like.

There's a two year language requirement, which you pass out of if you already speak another language (which, as an international, I'm guessing you do).

wonderful! as for specific departments, I'm interested in chemistry, physics, and math.
