I accidentally misinterpreted the writing score of the ACT for the ELA score for my ACT and accidentally put the ELA instead of my writing. Should I not worry about it because I already sent the score reports or should I email them to inform them about the error?
For more clarification, I put my ELA score instead of my writing score in the writing score section. I did not catch it when I reviewed my common app several times as I took the writing section as meaning my ELA score. I am now in a state of panic because I feel like counselors will either see it as me being careless or lying about my score.
I did this too I was freaking out but I just read up that colleges rely on what is sent through act.org, not what you self report. I hope this is true lol
Don’t worry about it all. My son did the exact same thing and there were no issues!
