Made errors on my CSU app inputting AP classes and possibly "Golden Four" reqs

I’m attending a CSU right now. I sent out transfer apps to a few other CSU’s. I’m hoping for some advice on how to correct some errors I may have made.

  1. I inputted a bunch of AP classes from high school. When inputting them, I remember I assigned grades to each AP exam I took and listed their subject to something similar to what the AP course covered (e.g AP Art History as under the subject Art History). I recently discovered this was incorrect. There was an option to list AP classes as the subject “Test Credit” and the grade assigned was supposed to be “CR” (Credit).   2. I’m certain I’ve completed the “Golden Four” as I’m attending a CSU and have completed all my GE’s already. I believe I inputted them in correctly (as I just referred back to the names of the courses I’ve taken at my CSU to see which ones had labels like “Oral Communication”). I’m just a little worried I might have made a bonehead error here after finding out I messed up my AP classes. I was wondering if there was a way I could review my submitted app.

3)There was a question box where I was asked if I previously attended CSU and am returning to the same major/field of study. I initially selected, yes, but got the vibe that this question was more meant for students seeking for readmission back into a school they had previously left. Some of the applications deadlines were put in the summer- as if I were applying for spring admission for 2019. I unchecked this box. Should I have done this? It’ll be pretty clear to admissions readers that I’ve attended a CSU before anyways…

  1. I don’t recall seeing a part where we input how many hours I have on extra curricular activities. Is this something I may have skipped?

For my AP classes error, should I get in contact to the schools I applied to immediately- and if so should I wait until Tuesday (after Christmas)? I think the next step in fixing my other concerns would be reviewing my submitted app.
I really hope this will not greatly harm my chances of admission.

call your target school and correct the record. it is also good to follow up with an email confirming the edits.
