Mail for IDP People?

Hey, so I got back from doing IDP last weekend, and they said they were going to mail it on Monday. I live in Seattle so I thought it would be a while, but I got my acceptance letter today!!! I’m really excited, but I’m worried about my friend. She went with me, and hasn’t got anything from Bard yet.
Does this mean she’s rejected? Do they only pay for expedited mail for acceptances?

She’s really worried now and she lives in the same neighborhood as me.

Hi Seattle Girl!

I’m in the Bay Area, and mine came today as well. Sorry for your friend, but from everything I know, they do one day mail for acceptances and normal for the rest :(

I asked the Kenyon guy earlier this year and he said everybody emails now, and that the acceptances get expedited shipping (although the guy didn’t seem to happy about it). Don’t know why Bard didn’t email me. Did you get an email? I’m a little worried, although I know I got the letter so it’s all right :)

See you at Bard next year maybe :D

Just FBed my friend Addison who applied IDP too – no letter :frowning: It’s stupid that they do this. I’m in Palo Alto, and Stanford does the same thing so every year there’s like a hundred kids in my neighborhood who don’t get acceptance letter when everybody else does and then the know what’s coming.

Boulder City, Nevada reporting in! Got my acceptance letter today! So happy that Im going to Bard!

Just a quick note to those still waiting. Don’t lose hope. My D went for IDP on a Friday and didn’t receive the acceptance until the following Thursday. Just regular 1st class mail. So today may be your day!
