Major and Minor Questions

<p>If you are in ArtSci, can you major in another school without completing the requirements for that school's degree? Like could I do my artsci major and then double major in Computer Science without getting a Bachelor of Science? Or would I need to minor?</p>

<p>Additionally, is there a Writing minor in itself or do I need to major in English to minor in writing?</p>
