So I would like to end up having a career in international business, hopefully something along the lines of a marketing director. Georgetown is currently my top choice, but I'm confused as to where I should plan to apply. Should I apply to McDonough because it is the business school and focus in international business? Or should I apply to Walsh SFS because I think it would be much more interesting to study international economics or international politics as an undergrad? Does your undergraduate major have that big of an effect on your career even if it is in the same boat?

My take? No, yes, and no. You'll focus solely on business in an MBA program. All the more reason to broaden your curriculum during your undergraduate years.
