A major in Computer Science with average grades, or a joint major in Computer Science and Pure Math and have below average grades? I am in my third year of university in Canada and I’m debating this for if I apply for Masters later. I am currently building skills off Udacity so I can go on a work term of 8 months before I graduate. The most I have done with Math in addition to the basics like calculus and discrete math is real analysis, and two linear algebra courses.
Concentrate on the Comp Sci major. You will need a good GPA if you plan on grad school.
