<p>if NU = Northwestern, I’d like to sadly inform you that Northwestern does not have an undergraduate business degree or major.</p>
<p>Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry about an Econ or Business degree if you’re primarily focused on a given B-school. Things like which undergraduate school would be a better experience for you and your personal opinions as to a business major (more applied) and a economics major (more theoretical) should inform your decision. Economics, if anything, will help with the GMAT since it tends to be more quantitatively rigorous than most business degrees.</p>
