I am working on my UC PIQs and my intended major is business administration, which UCSB does not have. I mentioned extracurricular programs I participated in that were business-oriented and how business is my passion/intended major, but I’m worried that since UCSB doesn’t even have an undergraduate business program it won’t be relevant. Should I or should I not talk about my intended major even if UCSB doesn’t have it>
You can talk about pursuing a Business related degree vs. specifically stating you want to major in Business Administration. There is no way to tailor your PIQ’s any specific campus, so talk about your major aspirations in general terms.
