MAJOR mistake on my application... Help?

<p>I interned at various hospitals for over 40 hours a week and I put 8 hrs/wk instead....
Also, I did not put the fact that my school's volleyball team was a champion for over a decade and won 1st in many tournaments and 2nd in state division!</p>

<p>I already submitted it... What should I do??</p>

<p>I think you should email all the schools you submitted about your mistake. I also plan on emailing them about the information I left out after I finish all my homework! ><</p>
