Major related to IT at UCSD? Management Science a good major?

Hello,

I am a transfer student who will be transferring next fall. I’ve applied as an electrical engineer and have been accepted at ucsd and ucsc. I’v changed my mind on becoming an engineer recently and plan on doing something related to both business and technology. IT is the most accurate major i see for my choice but the problem is , it is only offered at UC Santa Cruz. I’ve recently found out that I have also been accepted to UCSD which is my dream school but they don’t offer IT. I want to know if there is any major at ucsd which touches both fields of technology and buisness?

I ve been looking in to management science (yes, i know its not related) as a major overall but have been reading all sorts of negative stuff about it for the future. What do you guys really think of management science?

I mean, you could do the actual computer science degree?

Is mgmt science a degree that’s revolves around the way a firm functions?

I’m not looking something that goes too deep into cs.
Is there any majors at the moment that is half cs based at UCSD?

At UCSD you can do either a BA or a BS in computer science so I bet the BA is less intense. Might be worth comparing the curriculums.
