Majority Pharm....bad for pre-med?

<p>Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.</p>

<p>They have a pre-med program, but I heard it was bad because all the pre-med classes had a pharmacy spin to them and MCPHS does not help at all, especially in med school.</p>

<p>You have to take pharmacology during the second year of medical school. It's important as a doctor to understand the mechanisms of actions, interactions, etc.</p>

<p>I don't know much about the school in question, but a pharmacy background is not entirely wasted. I tend to think that "specialty" colleges are not a good option for 99.9999999% of people.</p>
