He’s finally decided and he’ll be heading to Purdue University! Ultimately he decided Purdue offered him every opportunity he was looking for, and a better price tag than CWRU. Pitt with the scholarship came in a little less than Purdue but he felt like Purdue had a somewhat stronger engineering school. The Purdue’s for Me admitted student event was very well done and probably sealed the deal. He didn’t get any additional scholarship money from CWRU (they did give him a consolation prize of offering him a spot in the music school) but even so he was still leaning towards Purdue. So with that decision made, it’s time to start making plans!
