manageable pre-med schedule ?

hi,
i'll be a soph this year and just recently decided to be pre-med. i am an english major and have not taken any hard science classes yet, only espm and eps. i was wondering if this is a decent schedule to maintain a B+ average in:

upper div anthro
upper div english
physics 1
chem 1a

You shouldn't take physics and chem in the same semester... too much to do + your 2 other courses = not good. You need to spread out your premed courses so you can do well in all of them.

Physics 1? That doesn't even exist, do you mean Physics 7A or 8A?

That schedule's fine, especially if you're shooting for a B+ (although I personally don't consider a B+ average hard to maintain--if you do, then this statement may not apply).

A B+ would be a GPA of 3.0?

B+ is a 3.3.

A = 4.0
B = 3.0
C = 2.0

adds 0.3 (except for A+, which is still a 4.0)

subtracts 0.3

whoops hehe i guess I meant more like an A- average then. ya i meant physics 7a. guess i'm going to wait and do a post-bacc after graduating so i don't bring down my gpa.

Take 8A. 7A is just annoying, and since it's for physics majors and engineers, you'll be competing with really hardcore students.
