<p>And congratulations lovelyskye on Choate! Did you get the scholarship for which you were nominated? It seemed to me that you had to be in when you said someone in admissions called you to discuss the nomination. Last year only acceptances were sent overnight from Andover.</p>
<p>I'm not sure about the scholarship or Financial aid, they only disclose the acceptance letter online...But I'll know soon :P</p>

As far as I know, all the other schools that I applied don't have online decision system. (Concord, Loomis, Peddie)

<p>shan26--I don't think they call everyone. Don't stress out about it if they don't call you; it definitely doesn't mean you're automatically rejected. I don't really know why they called me.</p>
<p>Congratulations to all with good news, sympathy to those who got bad news. Remember, there's always next year, college, grad school and great educations in various forms to look forward to. </p>
<p>It is similar to last year. Some of you will be here through the summer! Remember to get excited about places you DO have the option of going to at this point! Realize that this may be the first time you get to see that life isn't straight forward and comes with many twists and turns. That there are a lot of very smart people out there who you havn't met yet, being top at your middle school/high school or college may not be all there is to the competition.</p>
<p>Remember there are few adults walking around bemoaning the HS they attended.</p>
