yea i got 1/3 too.

the q wiith x^7, x^9, find x^11 i got answer choice A but forgot what it was.. k^2/m ???

Yah, looks like we're all remembering the same question. Any others that ppl thought were particularly tough?

For that question, I put m^2/k which was X^18/X^7 or X^11

The question with the phone charge, you could arrive at (555-x+y)/y by some reasoning rather than straight algebra. The first minute costs x, while the rest costs y. So by taking away x and adding y, you have converted the cost to be entirely in y per min. That, divided by y, is the number of minutes.

I sum how used PR's pluggin in technique, and I came out wit that snw choice.

please someone tell me what the correct answer for the cubes right angle edges was?

Isn't that 4 * 6 = 24?

4 right angles per face of the cube: there are 6 faces to a cube so its 4 angles * 6 faces

Cube right angle we pretty much agreed on 24.

Wow I cant remember ANY questions! lol

the edges themselves, dont they form 12 angles, if you count the edges and not the actual corners?

But there are six faces, each of which have four angles, none of which overlap. The corners of which you speak are actually angles on another face, formed along the edges.

ok, i'm cancelling, i cant stand it anymore

how about the x , 2t+t, 2t-t question? was x the AVERAGE of t and t+2 or the SUM and y the AVERAGE of t and t-2? If it's average my answer was t.

Don't cancel...you can always take it again, and if you improve, all the better. X was the average of t and t + 1, and y was the average of t and t - 1, if I remember correctly. The answer was t.

you are 100% sure, zoogies? my friend insists it was the sum of t and t + 2

The cube one, I am pretty sure that it's 24 for the vertices, and 12 for the edges. Now just which one is the true answer...

Wow! You mentioned t and t+2 and I remember putting something like that! I had like the average of t and t+2 so it's:

('t' + 't+2')/2 = Something...

I think... but I totally wiped out on math so don't mind me heh heh

I'm not 100% positive, but I'm nearly completely sure. At any rate, I am 100% certain that my answer was t.

it's T for god sakes, u people are crazy :)

Just making sure!
sigh of relief

center of the circle was (1,1) right?
