You confuse me, dualityim.

islanders...i had those too, i got the same answers...it was experimental :)

islanders, i don't know half of the q's you're talking about.. fence problem?

Hey, does anybody remember the "Absolute Value Problem" in its entirety? I dont remember putting 0 - 1/2 for that one...

:)

What about the parabola problem with vertex at (2,3) and a point P at (-2,0), and what is n in (3,n)?

l-2x+1l < 1

i believe, and just told you to input a possible value for x.

Kilini, you can forget what I said about the cube problem. The answer is 24 due to the wording of the original problem. Apparently, when someone transcribed the wording of the problem in this forum, that someone used the wrong wording, which caused this whole mess. Now that someone confirmed the wording the answer is straightforward.

What about the problem about teachers who read the Inquierer? Was that experimental?

yes, it was

The answer was 7 though, im pretty sure cause i hate double-none questions so i checked 4 times.

:)

What were some other questions in dat section? I think I got a lot wrong in it so I need to knnow

yo dualityim i believe u are over complicating the question about the angles of the cube.....the answer is 24 its plain and simple....it wasnt one of the last questions

What was the answer to the number line question (ie where was it on the line)? I think I added instead of multiplying, or vice versa...

Do you guys remember a question where they give you a line, and give you midpoints, and you have to find the length of say... point x to point y?

17 pal, 17

Um... I think that might have been Experimental... Hopefully...
:)

so that section wasn't experimental! kill me oh kill me

No, it wasn't.

And the one I'm talking about was supposed to be an easy one: it had points on a number line, it gave you two, and you did something to them to get another point on the line.

yeh they told u mid pooints and, u find that some distance is lik e 18 or sumtin mult by tow get 32, 32, 32-19 give u 17 which is answer, i just remeber those number. im 99.9% sure cause i checked that on

That's still not the one I'm talking about. This one was an earlier question, and it actually drew a number line for you and put points on it. The question involved multiplying or adding (I forgot) two points, and the answer was closest to another point on the line. I answered the one that was before the last point on the line, but I'm fairly sure that's wrong.
