@joewantstoknow Khan academy and the CB Blue book are the best resources at the moment. Did you take the PSAT?
@1601er I have not taken the new PSAT, no. By the blue book do you mean the original one or has CB already released a new edition?
@joewantstoknow I am referring to the new edition; CB released a study guide book with 4 tests.

hey guys, i know its still more than a month away, but i’m super nervous to find out my score :3 the college i want to go to requires all SAT scores so theres that added pressure:/

But it’s more than a month away. I wish SAT would release test scores sooner…
So guys, I am an international student who scored 1360 on my first attempt of the new SAT practice test (without any prepr) - 700 M, 660 - R. I am giving 1 month to SAT prep and am using the following books:
- New Blue Book
- Princeton Review
- Erica Meltzer’s reading for the NEw SAT
- Dr Jang’s New SAT Math (it has 1500 math problems)
Would these materials be enough for the new SAT? Also, if any of you have tried any of these previously, please comment whether they were useful or not. Thanks!

@typicallylex I think the scales are going to be similar to the old scoring pre 2005.
does anyone know if the college board is going to cancel march sat scores because of the massive leak they had? looks like you can get the march 2016 sat all over the internet now.

Really? But it’s the first new SAT test how can it have leaked out before we took it?
It was apparently leaked out immediately after the March SAT by some Asian test prep company. I’m not aware of any incident in which it was leaked before the test, although honestly I wouldn’t be surprised. However I doubt they’ll cancel scores because it’d look really bad for the company and the new SAT test if their first one was a failure.
How did ya’ll do on it?
There is no indication that the March 2016 SAT scores are being cancelled. There is an allegation that the March Test was leaked in China after it was taken in the USA. There would be no rationale for cancelling any of the scores for students who sat for the exam in the USA.
