rofl… @snarkymanatee
dunno what test you were taking ;D
unless you somehow got a diff test, you’re prob remembering wrong.

east coast got the leaders one
west coast got the passion one

idk about everyone else

I’m guessing there were 2 different essay topics.

oh i didn’t know collegeboard was smart enough to do that… lol
makes sense though.

oooh okay, i figured the lot of you were from the east coast ;D

oy, choices for “a result of”

be proportional to… or… is proportional as to?

this was a question on section 10. i couldn’t decide between the two.

^ be proportional to

Hi, I know this is a bit abrupt, but
are the essay readers very strict on following the essay topic? Cuz I think I rather misunderstood the question. My thesis was how the leaders should be judged differently from one another because they exercise their leadership in different circumstances. I contrasted FDR, who was respected for improving the economy and respecting the rights of laborers, and some president of a 3rd world country who was still admired despite his violation of human rights because he industrialized the impoverished nation.
Ughhh

This seems like something I kind of did. I explained what types of things my examples do/did and how they could have been or could be evaluated under certain standards.

You won’t get a 12, that’s for sure. Maybe an 8.

Oh never mind, you compared the actual people instead of answering the prompt.

for those of you that had the experimental 35 question writing section
which one was the experimental one?
i had one 35 question writing section at the beginning of the test and one 35 question closer to the end

^The non experimental one was the one with the Indians who spike colloquial English & these two people who planned for a trip but it didn’t turn out as expected.

what was the sentence with “be proportional to”? even if it was experiemtnal, i was still wondering in case it comes up again!

^ I don’t remember the whole question but that was the underlined part. And it was not experimental. Also I think you just have to know that the proportional to is an idiomatic expression.

i thought the questions about the romans concrete (have ->had) was D

wasnt it the medieval people who had to change to had??

the romans was C i believe

so isnt that #D that was incorrect?

It was D, as far as I remember.

so it was the medieval ppl
not the romans right?

in the consolidation list it says the romans concrete so i got confused

Was the Roman question experimental? I have no recollection of it.
Oh wait, was it something about the romans had concrete and then C was but with which or something and D was the answer right?

C was like the romans had built and D was the medieval people have built

so D seemed to be the answer
