<p>I am a sophomore at university studying Marine Affairs with Pre-Med coursework. Anyway, my university is big on internships and study abroad, so they encourage us to start thinking about these things early on. I know that i want to try and do a study abroad somewhere like Australia or England-- they speak English, but yet it fulfills a 'foreign language' credit for me! But I also got thinking about internships, and despite a handful of Google searches, I can't find anything in terms of internships for Marine Affairs... Anybody got any ideas where to look?</p>
<p>For those of you who don't know, MAF is essentially the study of ocean and human interaction-- Policies like Mag- Stevenson Act, to the effects of Deepwater Horizon.</p>
<p>My ideal internship would somehow link that with medicine, but I am not really sure how that would work.</p>
<p>So any ideas please shout them out. Paid internships are obviously better but not a deal breaker. </p>
