<p>Hey does anyone go to marist college in ny know about the social life?
also if im interested in film, do they have a good film school or media management majors?</p>
<p>I am a Junior at Marist and can tell you a little bit about life on campus! There is a ton of stuff to do both on campus and around Poughkeepsie. Getting involved in clubs is a must when trying to meet people and most of the clubs host a lot of activities during the week and on weekends. I myself am in a sorority, which is a great way to get involved and meet a ton of new people. On campus, there are always people outside and down by the river on nice days and people sledding on campus during snow storms. College Activities puts on cheap broadway trips and local trips to go apple picking or to the Poughkeepsie Galleria which is huge, along with playing movies on the weekends. There is also plenty to do in the area on the weekends and if you are interested, NYC is a short train ride away! </p>
<p>Hey! I am french and applying to Marist College too. I’d like to know if there are many international students at Marist? Are they really involved in the campus life?
