<p>Currently I am a junior HRM major at Youngstown State University. We get a lot of crap here because it is an open enrollment university, however the business college here (Warren P. Williamson Jr. College of Business Administration) is AACSB accredited which in itself is pretty awesome, as well as the programs here being pretty good.</p>
<p>My question is in regards to choosing my major. I have been looking into Marketing or HRM.</p>
<p>The degrees would both be BSBA (Bachelors of Science in Business Administration) so they are already pretty flexible upon graduation. My ultimate goal is to work in the business side of healthcare (hospital, office, services, whatever).</p>
<p>Would a BSBA in Marketing Management, or a BSBA in Human Resource Management open more doors for me? Please give me an explanation to your answer :)</p>
