marketing placement

hi everyone, i am interested in majoring in marketing at a top b-school, such as stern or wharton

i am wondering how difficult it is to get a marketing position upon graduation, either as a consultant with a firm or working for a large company or w/e, can anyone clear this up? links of placement numbers or something like that would be great.

i am also interested in the process, such as whether or not recruiting is frequent from this major

thanks in advance for your responses and help

The best marketing department at the undergraduate level are Ross (Michigan) and Wharton (Penn). They alternate between #1 and #2 annually.

Haas (Cal), Kenan Flagler (UNC), McCombs (UTA), Stern (NYU) and Kelley (Indiana) are also quite good.

As far as finding jobs, Marketing majors do ok! Here's a look at Ross's program:

I hope this helps.
