<p>On SLU's website, it says we have to submit everything by January 15. Does that mean I can still submit it on January 15, by 11:59 pm, or do I have to submit it by January 14 at 11:59 pm?</p>
<p>Why not just submit it on January 10 and not have to worry about it?</p>
