I will be an incoming freshman in the fall of 2007 and I am having a difficult time chosing between the two. I want to study finance at either of the school's business programs, but seeing how I didn't get a direct admit into either of the undergrad business programs I will basically be taking general classes my first couple of years. I want to work in the investment banking division of financial services once out of college and I feel a degree from either of these business schools would be sufficient in getting internship placement or getting into a good MBA program. I like Maryland alot though because of its proximity to big cities and potential for more internship opportunities.

*University of Maryland which is right outside of DC and 40 min away from Baltimore is seeming like the front runner as of now b/c of its esteemed business program, sports venues, and proximity to DC and BAltimore

*Indiana University comes in at a distant second place right now
- I like it b/c it too has a good business program, along with being in a great college town with great sports teams, but one thing nags me about IU. Its in the middle of no where

What do you guys think? Any advice?
