Maryland vs. North Carolina vs. Miami

I’m trying to decide which college to attend. I’m a physics major, and I was wondering how strong each college’s physics program is. If i go to Miami, I would be doing the marine science and physics program. Could anyone tell me how Miami’s marine science program is if you were in it or if you know someone in it? Cost is not a factor because they all cost about the same.

Edit: I’m a transfer and will begin my sophmore year at one of these colleges. I’m out of state at these colleges.

If they all cost the same, I would choose either Miami or unc, whichever you like better.
