<p>psshh on the the overall best undergrad experience. WHAT about all that we are.... penn state stuff and football. I think undergrad experience is about the same at PSU and at UMD(but if you like sports like me you woul like to know maryland ranked numebr 1 by princeton review with students packing the stadiums) but i don't know about IU.</p>
