About to hit. This thing is going to be amazing. Calling for 1-2 feet from Northern NC up to NYC along the I-95 corridor. 1.5-2.5 feet from D.C. to Philly. This is AWESOME. Last big storm was 2003. I remember that like it was yesterday. Snow up to my waist. Can't wait. Starting here (Baltimore) Saturday very early (like 2 AM) and will finish up Sunday around 10 AM. 1 to 2 inches per hour at times.

And it isn’t even winter yet. This is supposed to be a historic year in terms of snowfall. Perfect for my last year of H.S.

Yeah I love Mid-Atlantic weather. We get everything and few negatives. No tornadoes, no hurricanes, no earthquakes, no wildfires, and no extreme cold. Seasonal weather and it rarely gets under 20 or above 95. Humidity is a little rough in the summer but I can handle it. The West Coast is nice but not having true seasons would be weird.

Is it really? Well, that’s beneficial for us. When you think about it, with all of the fires and the fact that the majority of the population lives in southern California where the water isn’t collected, more rain will be helpful.

The 2003 blizzard happened at like the worst time in my life. It was like my like of earendil, the only good thing.
I hope it’s still snowy on the 26th when I get there!

We had an insane blizzard last year. 4 straight days off school. We’d had three days straight earlier for wind, and we got another snow day later.

I’m so excited! This will be great for the ski season. This is the third weekend there’s been some sort of winter weather in New York. Or is it the fourth?

This is what I get for not watching the news. Spongebob is just so much more entertaining. What time is it due to start (for those in the NYC area)? I’m trying to talk myself out of going out today but probably will have to. :(

Last day of school in 2009 and a major snowstorm hitting this weekend. YES

BTW, is there anything funnier than how much people in the D.C.-Balt area freak out when a snowstorm is coming? The roads are and absolute cluster of stupidity. Lines down the street at gas stations. Stores are packed. Always comical. Seriously, even if we get 3 feet of snow the most you’ll be housebound is maybe 4 days. Are people really that low on rations?
