Master or MBA?

Would it be better (in terms of salary wise) to study further on master or MBA after getting engineer BS degree? can you answer in con/pro

Engineering Managers get paid a lot more than engineers.

Government economists expect jobs for engineering managers to grow as fast as the average for all careers through 2014.

Job opportunities will vary depending on the industry. For instance, opportunities should be good in growing areas of engineering, such as environmental and biomedical engineering. However, the future does not look as good in aerospace or nuclear engineering.

The U.S. Department of Labor estimates that the average yearly salary in 2005 for engineering managers was $105,470.

is it just me or did i miss the answer to the question in the post. cuz im wondering this as well.

well engineering managers usually have an MBA

and engineers have a MS or Phd

Or you can get a master's degree in engineering and work your way up to manager.

sure that wrks too.
