Masterclass for teens, career exploration?

Any thoughts on how to support (with a nudge if necessary) teens looking for career options/interests/guidance? My youngest kid has a lot more varied interests than her sibling. Just 14 yo, so plenty of time still. I know, many kids head to college undecided on major. But sometimes I see people (myself included) choose majors based on high school coursework, with no understanding of what a career looks like.

I had thought this might be a good summer for her to shadow different people at work, Covid allowing, but not sure she’s narrowed down her interests enough to know where to start.
