Masters for Biomedical Engineering ???

I am currently a sophomore BS Biology major with a Chemistry minor. I think I may want to attempt to go to graduate school for Biomedical Engineering. Would this be possible with only a BS in Biology?? I was also thinking about picking up a minor in either physics, applied math, or math.
I go to a liberal arts school that has a biomedical engineering program but I may not be able to switch my major to this as it would take me about a year extra to graduate and it is sometimes difficult to request an extra year at my school.
So I was wondering what you guys thought?
Would it be more beneficial to do...
BS Bio w/ minor in Chem/Phys (Easily done with only a chem minor, phys minor will be difficult)
BS Physics w/ minor in Bio (will be very difficult but doable with my remaining 2 years)
BS Biomedical Engineering (will most likely need another semester at least)

or any other combination of these majors and minors that anyone would suggest would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks for the help!!

also would it be more beneficial to minor in physics or math?

You can do a MS in biomedical engineering with a biology degree, but you will need to take some leveling courses during your graduate studies.
