Masters in Naval Architecture

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I am a senior in high school who has sent out most of my college apps. I will major in mechanical engineering. This is a field I know I will enjoy. I have extensive background in FIRST robotics and loads of my own personal engineering projects, plus a healthy understanding of math and physics. </p>

<p>I am thinking farther ahead though. I might want to go for a masters.</p>

<p>Must I get a masters in mechanical engineering? I also have an interest in naval architecture or marine engineering. My impression is that there is a lot of overlap in between ME and these other fields. </p>

<p>I would say pull up the web page of some respectable Naval Arch programs and see what they want for grad school… It’s not like there’s a lot of them to begin with. Then see how where you’re going matches that…</p>
