Masters in Secondary School Administration?

I’m probably thinking too far ahead already, but I’ve always wanted to get involved with education in secondary schools and possibly universities. My question is whether it is possible to get into a grad school program for this sort of thing straight out of bachelors or if most programs require teaching experience first? My only worry is that after teaching for a while, it will be too hard to leave the job to pursue further education in administration.

Most teachers take grad programs part time while they are working. All the teachers I know have done or are doing this - evenings, weekends, summer courses, online. There isn’t any reason to think that you couldn’t also do that.
