Congratulations on a competitive record.
For the UC’s, you need to calculate out your 3 UC GPA’s: Unweighted, Capped Weighted and Fully Weighted using the A-G course grades from the summer after 9th to the summer prior to 12th. You can look up on this link, your school’s approved Honors classes which will give an extra point for each semester of eligible classes taken during this time for the calculation.

Below is the admit rates based on the Capped Weighted UC GPA and not major specific. Psychology is a popular/competitive/impacted major at several of the UC campuses so admit rates will be lower than the overall posted.

If you are ELC eligible then UC Merced will be the Safety/Likely. UCR also admitted a few ELC eligible applicants this year but it depends upon where they have spots available. UCR would be a likely. If you are happy with UCM and possibly UCR as your Likely schools, then you are set for at least the UC’s. I would probably throw in a couple of Cal states depending upon your location and what you plan to do with your Psychology degree. Cal State Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, San Diego State, San Jose State to name a few will be good options.
For Private schools, Occidental, Loyola Marymount, Santa Clara, Chapman, University of San Diego are worth considering unless you do not plan to take the SAT or ACT.
Some UC admit rates for Psychology. Most UC campuses house the Psychology major in the College of Letters and Sciences which does not admit by major but for the schools that do admit by major, here is some information.
UCB: does not admit by major in the College of L&S but Psychology is listed as a high demand major so you need to apply as your 1st choice. 2022 admit rate around 4.4%
UCLA: does not admit by major in the College of L&S but overall admit rate for the College in 2022 was 10%
UCSD: admits into the University first and then into the major. 7.9% of in-coming Freshman declared Psychology as their major and it is one of the top 5 applied majors.
UCSB: does not admit by major into the College of L&S but overall admit rate was 27%
UCD: Psychology is one of the top 2 popular/applied major with 8% of admitted students declaring the major.
UCI: admits into the University first and then into the major. 2022 admit rate for Psychology was 11.0% while Psychological Sciences was 39.7%.
UCSC: admits into a proposed major with a 2022 admit rate of 42.2%
UCR: admits by major and admit rate for Psychology 2022 was 48%
UCM: admits by major and admit rate for Psychology 2022 was 89%.
Best of luck and definitely consider other schools besides the UC’s.
