Match schools for students with great scores?

I'm applying to colleges in the fall. I have some reach schools- Brown, Yale, and other top tier schools. I have a safety school- Rutgers (in state.) What are some match schools for me?

GPA- 3.8-3.9 (hasn't updated yet online)
SAT I- 2360
SAT II- Lit 750, Math II 710 (plan on retaking)

The problem is schools where your scores would match tend to be very selective which makes them a reach. Would you be OK with attending your safety? If not then find a new one. A safety should be one that you are willing to attend and can afford. I’ve seen some people suggest if you’re happy with your safety then you really don’t need a match.

Your scores should not drive your college choice. You need to think about region, size, academics, school culture, class experience, cost, etc., not just aim for schools that are at the top of the USNWR list.

I agree with snarlatron. Scores should not be why you choose a school. Also consider a school which makes you feel comfortable.
Also it would have been helpful if you added ECs and such because if you are a purely academic student, rejection is likely at most good schools.

I would list some matches or low reaches as: Tufts, Boston College, Carnegie Mellon(possibly), Vanderbilt, NYU, University of Viginia

Also some more safety schools could be: Penn State, Lehigh, University of Rochester
